Employee Agent
A unique opportunity available at The Realty Shop! Our Employee Agents enjoy the peace of mind of a regular salary draw + commission and are eligible to receive full benefits. Employee status available after 90 days with Executive Leader approval.
Traditional 1099 Agent
The standard agent role within a brokerage. Traditional 1099 Agents are considered non-employee, independent contractors and are paid solely based on commission and production.
1099 Part-Time
Perfect for those looking for a part-time schedule. Traditional 1099 Agents are considered non-employee, independent contractors and are paid solely based on commission and production.
Referral Agent
Referral Agents receive a portion of the commission on the real estate transaction they refer to our Agent Team.
