Ted Disabato
Ted D. Disabato is the Managing Member of TdD Attorneys at Law LLC and serves as a broker with The Realty Shop. With an accomplished career spanning real estate law, title insurance, brokerage, and complex commercial transactions, Ted provides clients with the legal insight and strategic guidance necessary to navigate even the most sophisticated real estate matters.
Prior to founding his practice, Ted served as President and General Counsel of a regional title company, overseeing operations throughout Missouri, Kansas, and Nebraska. He also served as Underwriting Counsel with First American Title Insurance Company's National Commercial Services division, where he played a key role in structuring and underwriting complex commercial transactions, including several landmark developments throughout the St. Louis region.
Ted's experience extends well beyond the local market. As Manager of the National Residential Real Estate Division for Citigroup Private Bank in New York City, he led a team responsible for facilitating luxury residential transactions for high-net-worth individuals, executives, professional athletes, entertainers, and international clients across the country.
