Hi, I'm Jessica.
I've been helping people buy and sell homes throughout the St. Louis area since 2002, and after more than two decades in real estate, one thing has never changed—I genuinely enjoy getting to know the people behind every transaction. Every family has a story, and it's an honor to help write the next chapter.
With more than 23 years of experience, over $60 million in sales since 2020, and hundreds of families served, I've learned that no two clients—and no two transactions—are ever the same. While I'm proud of those accomplishments, I'm even more grateful for the lasting relationships they've created. Many of my clients return years later, refer their family and friends, or trust me to help the next generation with one of life's biggest investments.
Many of my clients are physicians, executives, business owners, and professionals seeking everything from their first luxury home to custom new construction. Through Realty Shop's relationships with several of Missouri's premier home builders, I enjoy helping clients navigate the exciting process of building a home that's uniquely theirs. Whether buying an existing home, building from the ground up, or preparing a luxury property for sale, my clients know they can count on honest advice, thoughtful strategy, and a tough negotiator who remains calm under pressure. I believe every client deserves a personalized approach—not a one-size-fits-all experience.
When I'm not negotiating contracts or touring homes, you'll almost always find me outside. I love gardening whenever Missouri weather allows, and inside our home you'll find more than 100 houseplants that have slowly grown into quite the collection.
My husband, Scott, and I are blessed with three amazing daughters and a wonderful son-in-law. We enjoy spending weekends exploring the Missouri Botanical Garden, where we're proud members, visiting the Saint Louis Zoo, browsing local farmers markets, hiking Missouri's beautiful trails, floating our rivers, and finding any excuse to enjoy the outdoors together.
Travel has always been one of our favorite ways to make memories, especially anywhere we can explore the ocean. Some of our most unforgettable adventures have been snorkeling alongside whale sharks, manta rays, monk seals, dolphins, colorful tropical fish, and even sharks—twice, without a cage. Those experiences have taught me to stay calm under pressure, embrace new challenges, and appreciate the beauty in every adventure.
